To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please keep in mind that not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. As a courtesy to you, if you provide us with insurance information, our office will file a claim with your insurance company. PLEASE BRING ALL MEDICAL AND DENTAL INSURANCE CARDS with you to the initial appointment. If we are seeing a dependent child, we need both parents’ insurance information. We allow a grace period of 90 days on your account for the insurance to determine payment. You, along with your insurance company will be billed. You may choose to pay all or part of you bill when you receive your first statement. Any credit on your account resulting in overpayment will be refunded.
Delayed payment by your insurance carrier is not a valid reason for delayed payment to the clinic, and the clinic does not accept responsibility for submitting, collecting or negotiating insurance claims.
